Daily Opportunities:

Cleaning Duties:

Scheduling Thursday-Friday anytime between 11:00am-5:00pm

• Bathroom-Clean toilets, wipe down counter & mirrors, refill toilet papers & paper towels, sweep & mop
• Downstairs-Vacuum carpet, sweep & mop floors, wipe down mirrors & doors, wipe tables & display cases, water plants
• Upstairs-Vacuum carpet, wipe down mirrors (where needed)
• Store-Vacuum carpet, wipe down display case, and dust shelves

Front Desk Duties:  Answer phones, organize library, create flyers, e-mail event reminders, greet & conduct tours for visitors

Scheduling

• Wednesday 11:00am-2:00pm & 5:00pm-7:00pm
• Thursday 11:00am-2:00pm
• Friday (with planned events) 6:15pm-9:00pm

Events:

`Ohana Saturday: Saturday April 17, 2010 2:30p-7:30p

• Game Booths: operate games and hand out prizes for the kids.

Kanikapila: Friday April 23, 2010

• Set-up tables and chairs
• General Cleaning (vacuuming, bathrooms, sweep & mop, etc.)

Duke Water Fest: Saturday June 19, 2010

• Activity Booths:

Aloha Festival: Saturday September 25, 2010
