Ticketing Information

$3.00 per ticket, with a maximum of 3 tickets per person

Admission tickets include a tasting plate from each competitor

TICKETS WILL BE LIMITED, 1ST COME 1ST SERVE BASIS

Payment: You can pay via cash or check at The Hawaiian Cultural Center. Will Call also available.

Schedule of Events

5:00pm SET UP: Please bring your own cooking utensils, and any other items you will need to prepare your dish. You are also welcome to bring items to decorate your table area and wow the crowd!

5:45pm ALL COMPETITORS MUST BE READY!!

6:00-7:00pm COMPETITION: Competitors are allowed 1 hours to prepare their dish, after which it will be taken to the judge's table for judging.

7:00-7:30pm JUDGING AND TASTING: As the judges are deliberating, the audience will be able to taste the competitors dishes and submit their ballot for their favorite

7:30pm ANNOUNCEMENTS: The winners will be announced and prizes awarded
