Na Kupuna-Senior Program

The Senior program is opened to any Senior 50 years or older, that are in the community, Hawaiian or not. We gather on the second and fourth Thursday of every month at 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. Each month has a focus that will help to enrich our lives. We have an activity, olelo (language) and good old fashion fun. Come and join us and bring your stories of the good old days with you. Once a month, health professionals do free screening for those in attendance. They check blood pressure, sugar levels and cholestrol levels.
