Like the flowers in a lei are bound by a strong backbone (string), Native Hawaiian Families are bound to each other by their love, traditions, and culture.  Parents and children turned to their Na Kupuna (elders) for spiritual and temporal guidance in all aspects of family living.

The Lei Aloha O Ka `Ohana program was developed to help families build healthy relationships based on traditional Hawaiian values and the `Ohana (family) concept. This program offers culturally based lessons and activties promoting family unity & cohesiveness, teaching problem solving skills, strengthening relationships, and improving family communication.

Lei Aloha conducts 4 Sessions a year, each lasting 3 months. Sessions contain an Open House, 11 weekday workshops, 2 family weekend activities, and a program graduation.

Dinner served at all workshops, events and activities!!
