KOAHINE
Native Hawaiian Breast Cancer Awareness
In association with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Hawaiian Cultural Center will host KOAHINE: Native Hawaiian Breast Cancer Awareness Gala on May 13, 2010 4pm-8pm (dinner included)
The evening will focus on breast cancer awareness that include educational materials, screening, and speakers sharing their survival stories. With the assistance of medical personnel, Native Hawaiian women attending the evening will be informed of the risk and treatments that are available. Building an awareness and support for Native Hawaiian women to be strong and courageous. An evening filled with glamour, raffle prizes, swagg bags, and much more.
